Lisa Hutson
Lisa Hutson is the Director of ONE Lorain County, the nonprofit organization focused on growing economic vitality throughout Lorain County. Lisa previously served as the Director of the Small Business Development Center at Lorain County Community College where she worked with small and medium-sized businesses to accelerate their growth. Prior to the SBDC, Lisa worked in the banking industry helping both consumer and commercial clients. Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree from Alma College and an MBA from Lake Erie College.
Lisa is a certified Business Advisor through the University of Toledo as well as a Certified Strategic Workforce Planner. Lisa is an alumna of Leadership Lorain County and sits on several nonprofit boards throughout the community. Lisa is also a Rotarian serving as president of the Elyria Sunrise club.

Reka Barabas is a fractional COO at ONE Lorain County focusing on executing the organization's strategic plan, raising ONE Lorain County's community profile via new relationships, and leading organizational operations and service design processes.
Reka's career centers around program design and implementation, as well as building strategic partnerships and collaborations for economic development and educational organizations. During the past 15 years, she led initiatives focusing on entrepreneurship education and talent development for college student entrepreneurs, social enterprises, female entrepreneurs, and international entrepreneurs. She fell in love with Northeast Ohio and its resources during her first job planning U.S. State Department sponsored professional development study tours for visiting foreign dignitaries.
A lifelong learner, Reka most recently completed a Behavioral Design course and is working on a project management certification. She holds a certificate in Nonprofit Management from Case Western Reserve University and a Master's Degree in Education and German from Bowling Green State University. A graduate of the Cleveland Bridge Builders Leadership Program, she was also recognized as a Crain's 40 Under 40.
